Managing Director
Mark has over 30 years' industry experience, specialising in the weird and wonderful bespoke area of design and print. If he doesn’t know it, it’s not worth knowing! Mark is here to help with any of your enquiries. When not at work Mark enjoys dining out, long walks with Alison and spending time with the growing family.
Alison
Company Secretary
Alison has over 30 years’ experience in the industry and customer relations. Bringing this experience to Partridges has allowed us to excel in many fundamental areas. She brings a wealth of knowledge in accountancy and oversees the accounts team and human resources in the company. Alison is a keen runner and loves tending her garden at the family home in Leicestershire, when not in work or being run wild by the grandchildren!
Richard
Operations Director
Richard, along with Mark established Partridges in 2008. After finishing University and achieving a 1st Class Honours degree in Business Studies, with fresh ideas and years of experience behind us we thought this would be a good foundation to start the new family business. Richard primarily concentrates on customer development but likes to keep a close eye on the daily running of Partridges. In his spare time Rich follows F1 racing and is a bit of a history geek.
Lyanne
Director of Customer Relations and Development
Lyanne has over 15 years experience in customer relations, working with some of the biggest blue chip clients in the UK and Europe. Lyanne manages our offices and ensures all members of staff at Partridges are fully trained and happy. Lyanne also works on marketing and promotions for the company, but particularly enjoys the customer relations aspect of her job assisting Richard in growing the client base. When at home Lyanne enjoys riding her horse Kite and spending time with her young family.
Joshua
Print Room and Studio Director
Joshua is skilled in all types of design and print operations. He is responsible for ensuring we are continuously producing and delivering work in a timely manner and to the highest possible quality levels expected by our customers. He manages our team of designers and particularly enjoys concept design and developing new ideas. Always at the forefront of progressive technology in the industry, he strives for new ways to improve production and our service offerings. Joshua is a keen ‘gamer’ and spends time in the gym, swimming and cycling
Harriet
Director of Customer Service
Harriet, the youngest member of our team (and family), manages the call centres and ensures all orders are processed each day. Harriet’s strengths lie in providing excellent customer service keeping our customers happy. Working with Lyanne she also helps manage the offices taking care of our staff. To relax Harriet ‘enjoys’ Bootcamp! and spending time with her friends and family.
